  We recognise that customers still measure a business on the service that they experience both pre-sale and after-sale. We set ourselves high standard to ensure that service is maintained at the necessary level to keep your customers happy. 

Over 7 years we have lost under 5% of clients each year, but gained over 15% each year. We have seen steady manageable growth and the increase in service offerings, levels and standards. We never take the easy route of blaming technology for human failings. Customer satisfaction is our main service and  we are never fearful of admitting our wrong doings and are equally honest with our client dealings. .Most businesses would be quite happy if their customers scored them 7 or 8 out of 10 on satisfaction.
